12/23/03 Report: "Manhattan Beach"
No go-out today for TB. It was probably good in the morning but 
the rain started to fall pretty heavily by about 11:00 and I wasn't into it.  
Manhattan Beach looked clean and about chest high, the water a deep charcoal 
grey color. Tomorrow I plan to surf either the beach here or up in PV.  
Also check in after Christmas for a high-altitude report from June Lake, CA 
and then a series of reports from the north shore of Kauai.
